8. All USA and Canada orders are shipped via FedEx
9. All International orders are shipped via FedEx
10. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed
11. Allow 1-9 business days for order processing
12. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received
13. Packages returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery will be automatically refunded minus shipping cost

Returns / Exchanges Canadians Orders

16. If you received a package that is defective or incorrect, you may return the package by fulfilling the return/exchange form and using the return label included in your order.
If you lost or didn’t receive a return label or return/exchange form, you may communicate with our team via the Contact section.
17. If you received a package that is defective or incorrect, you have 14 days after the reception of the package to return it to our facility.
